This article will guide players on how to complete the objective “Retrieve Your Credentials” from the main quest “A Cause Worth Killing For” in The Outer Worlds 2.
At the start of the mission, after speaking with NPC Niles Abara, head down the stairs to your right and look for the Intercom in the middle of the hall. However, before using the Intercom, you’ll need to find your credentials, which are locked inside a room with a jammed door upstairs.
Go upstairs and head to the right of the jammed door to reach the kitchen area. Inside the kitchen, you’ll find an open vent leading down into the floor. Enter the vent, and it will take you into the room that was blocked by the jammed door.
Once you’re inside, look around the table in the room to find your Credentials. After collecting the items, use the lever on the left side of the door to unlock it and exit the room.
