Location: Shibuya Jail Memorial Hall
- Activate third eye vision. You will see footprints on the floor.
- Look for the statue from where footprints originate. Push the button on this statue.
- Follow the foot prints to the next statue and activate the button.
- Similarly, follow the foot prints to 3rd and 4th statues to unlock the way to the stairs.
