This article will guide you on how to Unlock WARFARER (Best Vocation) in Dragon’s Dogma 2. To unlock warfare, the player needs to complete the side quest “The Sotted Sage” in Dragon’s Dogma 2.

Starting Location
To start this quest go to Volcanic Island camp. In the camp go in the south direction up the wooden ramps to find Lamond. Approach him and he will automatically speak with you.
Give Lamond what he seeks
Lamond wants you to bring three bottles of alcohol.
Newt Liqueur Location
You can purchase alcohol from Higgs’s Tavern Stand in Bakbattahl for 15,000 G. The location is marked below on the map.
Head Bakbattahl, wear Beastren Mask and approach Higgs’s Tavern.
On the left of the Higgs’s Tavern entrance, there is a small fenced area. While wearing the Beastren Mask pick up one of the bags and put it inside the fenced area.
If you are wearing the mask, you will be immediately taken inside the shop.
Once inside the Higgs’s Tavern, interact with the merchant to buy 3 Newt Liqueur.
Head back to Lamond and deliver three Newt Liqueur to complete the quest. He will give you the Warfarer vocation, which is the “all-in-one” vocation as a reward.
