Brawl Ware Broker: Interact with Blacksmith in front of the second building on the right side of the road.

Pew Pew Broker: You can find Pew Pew Broker in the building opposite Brawl Ware Broker.

Weapon Upgrade Bench: Use the rope to climb the blimp just outside the Pew Pew Broker location for a weapon upgrade.
