Pokemon BDSP Move Tutor Locations
In the Sinnoh region of the Pokemon BDSP, you will find distinct move tutors. They can teach Draco Meteor Move Tutor & Ultimate Moves Tutor.
Location: Draco Meteor Move Tutor
Draco Meteor Move’s Tutor is Grandma Wilma. You can find her at the northernmost section of Route 210 after passing several Psyduck. Her house is only accessible via Rock Climb.
Speak to her with a Pokemon that you want to teach Draco move and also maxed out in friendship. Not all Pokemon can learn that move. If the Pokemon shows 2 big hearts in Poketch App then it’s maxed out. Below is a list of a few Pokemon who can learn this move.

Ultimate Move Tutor teaches the final evolution form, and here your Pokemon’s friendship must be maxed out. Ultimate Move Tutor can be found on Route 228 in the Battle Zone and is unlocked in the post-game. To get to Route 228, you must first obtain the National Dex in order to explore beyond the Battle Zone’s Fight Area.
Pokemon BDSP Move Deleter Locations
The Move Deleter can be found inside the house between the Poke Center and the Poke Mart in Canalave City. He will make your Pokemon forget any move you want for no cost.
Pokemon BDSP Move Reminder Location
The Move Relearner can be found in Pastoria City, in the house northeast of the Poke Mart, next to the man standing by the water. He will make your Pokemon relearn any move it learned through Level Up from previous levels. To obtain the Move Relearner’s services, you must pay more than one Heart Scale for each move.
