How To Find All 18 Journals Locations in Outriders First City

Outriders First City Journals Locations Guide

There are a total of 18 Journals you can find in the First City Region.

1. This is a campaign-related Journal. This journal will get unlocked as you enter First City. Location landmark is Flore’s Engine

2. Powering the Cryopods: You can find this journal over a dead body before the entrance of the Outskirts.

3. The third journal is at Anomaly Hilltop. You can find this journal over a dead body near concrete barricades.

4. Formation of the Outriders: You can find the journal over a dead body on the way from Anomaly Hilltop to Gallows, just after crossing two drainage pipes.

5. The Outriders Revamped: You can find the journal at Gallows. Go inside a single-story building just behind the gallows platform. You can find the journal near a dead body.

6. You can find the journal between Gallows and Radio Tower.

7. Outriders Disbanded: This journal location is near Hangman’s fast travel point. Journal is lying on a corpse below the Big Tree with body hanging.

8. The First Anomaly Storm, Anomaly Storm: You can find this Journal at Container Plaza. There will be an Orange colored container with a dead body inside and the 8th journal will be on that dead body.

9. Setting Up The Colony: This Journal too can be found at Container Plaza. After collecting the previous journal, go towards the orange-reddish color building structure on the left side. Jornal is behind the container.

10. Jane Colm’s Jornal: You can find the Journal on Main street. Go on the right side just before Maxwell Bridge. The journal is lying over a box on the right side just before the stairs. 

11. The Storm’s Aftermath – You can find this journal also on Main street. This journal is on the opposite side of the road from Maxwell Bridge, near a blood pool.

12. Exiles – At Main Street, go up the stairs on Maxwell Bridge. You can find this Journal at the top of the steel building.

13. First Citizens – You can find the Journal at City Center. You will see large orange-colored big cranes structures. Take the stairs on your left leading to the crane area and take the first right to find it on the ground.

14. Anne Mckellen’s Journal – You can find this journal while doing the sidequest “No Place Like Home” at Old Man’s Hut location. Go inside the steel container on the right-hand side of Old Man. You will find the journal on the ground.

15. Cryopods – You can find this journal while doing the sidequest “Endless Dark” at the Main Street Location. Go to the right side just before Maxwell Bridge. Take left just before the stairs and open the gate to enter the “Endless Dark” area. Journal is on the ground.

16. Cryopods – You can find this journal while doing the sidequest “Endless Dark” at the Main Street Location. The journal is inside the same building where you got the previous journal.

17. Mass Awakening – You can find this journal while doing the sidequest “Endless Dark“. It is located at Boglands. It is on the left side of Cryolab (a huge red and white building) on a dead body.

18. Magnus Starstedt – It is located at Boglands, you can find this journal while doing the sidequest “Endless Dark“. Go inside the Cryolab (a huge Red and White building) and take the first left to find Journal on the ground.

    It would be cool if you guys could have mention each title from the journals. I’m missing one, this way it would be much faster

    I have dine the mission and side missions 3 times. And used your location. I am still sitting at 16/17. Even after I did the Ebdless Night.
