Refuel the Engines (South & North)

This guide shows how to complete the Refuel the Engines (South & North) objective in Chapter 3: Course Correction in Dead Space Remake. Please note that you will be able to access some areas only from the story progression. So, if you are unable to open some doors then don’t fret as you will be able to access those areas later.

Refuel the Engines (South)

After you get the objective, enter the Preparation Room and from there go to the Machine Shop. Go down the stairs and you will find the Ripper gun. From there go towards the Refueling Control Station. Continue ahead and you will see a Cable car as shown in the picture below. Use Kinesis to pull the cart towards you. Then use it to reach the other side.

Step out of the Cable Car and climb up the ramp straight ahead. Then turn left and climb another ramp. As you continue on this path, you will find a save station. On the right side of the save station, you will find a Fuel Station Keycard. Pick it up.

Go back down the ramp and use the Keycard to enter the Fuel Management room as shown in the picture below. Use the circuit breaker inside to power the South Refuel Station as shown in the second picture below.

Now go back to the save station and climb down the stairs next to it. This will take you to the South Refuel Station. Use Kinesis to pull down the lever there as shown in the picture below to Refuel the South Engine.

Refuel the Engines (North)

Go back to the cable car and use it to reach the other side. Step out of the cable car and climb up the ramp on the right side to reach the North Refuel Station. Use Kinesis to pull down the lever on the Refuel Station to Refuel the engine.
