Head inside the Research Station and select Research Station 1 to get transported to the selected Station.
At Research Station 1, jump and glide in the direction of a waterfall
Go through the gap in the wall (left of the waterfall).
Drop down on the right.
go through the path to enter a cave behind the tree.
Following that cave will dump you into a grassy space inside with a waterfall and a number of Pokémon spawning.
