Triggering the Endings
You will find Serpent’s Amnion in the secret area of Volcano Manor. Go to Rya’s room and give her the Serpent’s Amnion.
Then reload the area and check on Rya. You will see that she is missing from the manor. Talk to Tanith about Rya’s absence and she will give you a Tonic of Forgetfulness and request you to have Rya drink this potion.
Go back to the Temple of Eiglay, where you found Serpent’s Amnion. Go through the door in the corner of this room as shown in the pictures below.
Enter the building ahead and take the elevator going up. As the elevator is crossing an open door, jump inside the room as shown below. If you don’t jump here then the elevator will take you to the top.
Jump out through the window in this room. Then proceed ahead and climb the window to enter the building in front as shown below.
Here you will find Rya. Talk to her and she will request you to kill her. After that, you will get the option to give her the potion or not. Now you can get one of the three endings based on your choices.
Ending 1 – Give Potion To Rya
Give the potion to Rya and then talk to Tanith, who will be sad and say that she will never be a good mother. Now complete the Volcano Manor questline and defeat the boss. Now go and Talk to Rya in the Drawing Room. She would have forgotten everything and will be surprised that everyone in the Manor is gone. Reload the area and go back to Rya’s location in the Dining Room, only to find her gone. You will find Daedicar’s Woe talisman at her location.
Ending 2 – Kill Rya
Accept Rya’s request and kill her. You will get Daedicar’s Woe talisman from her corpse. Now go and talk to Tanith and tell her that Rya is dead. She will thank you for your forthrightness.
Ending 3 – Don’t Give Potion To Rya (Best Ending)
Don’t give the potion to Rya. Then complete the Volcano Manor questline and defeat the boss. After that, go and talk to Rya in the secret room near the Temple of Eiglay. She will again ask you to kill her. If you don’t do it, then she will tell you that you were always kind and uncompromising. You will find Daedicar’s Woe talisman at her location.
Go back to the Temple of Eiglay. You will find Daedicar’s Woe talisman and Zoraya’s Letter in a corner. This will be a farewell letter left by Rya. The letter says that she has set out on a journey to carry on Mother’s work and be a proud daughter of Tanith. This letter hints that we might meet Rya again in a future DLC.
