This article shows all ‘Solve the Mystery of the Stones’ puzzles in the ‘Octave of Maushiro‘ world quest in Tsurumi Island.
1) Wakukau Shoal: Solve the Mystery of the Stones
The first ‘Solve the Mystery of the Stones’ puzzle is in Wakakau Shoal at the location shown below.
After talking to “Ipe”, purple Ishine Scripts will appear on stones in the front. Left to the stones, you will find a purple statue as shown below. Use the Peculiar Pinion gadget on the purple statue.
After you have used the Peculiar Pinion gadget on the purple statue, an Electro Seelie will appear above it. Chase the Seelie until it reaches its court. Near the Seelie Court, you will find another purple statue as shown below. Use the Peculiar Pinion gadget on the purple statue.
After you have used the Peculiar Pinion gadget on the purple statue, Ishine Scripts will appear on the wall in front of the statue as shown below.
Now go back to the stones with Ishine Script on them. Then hit the stones in the same order as the scripts on the wall. This will complete the puzzle.
2) Autake Plains: Solve the Mystery of the Stones
The second ‘Solve the Mystery of the Stones’ puzzle is in Autake Plains at the location shown below.
Use the feather to search for clues
Follow the objective marker to reach Autake Plains. Use the Peculiar Pinion gadget in front of the statue. This will make the illusion of “Ruu” appear.
Continue Looking for Clues
Go to the southern portion of the circled objective area, where you will find a Thunderbird Statue near a Stormstone as shown below. Use the Peculiar Pinion gadget in front of the statue. This will make three Seelie appear nearby.
Find the Missing Stones
After you have used the feather, three Seelie appear nearby. Chase the Seelie and each one of them will lead you to a missing stone (Slate). Seelie will pass through several Stormstones as shown below. If the Stormstones are not already lit, make sure to light them up by hitting them with an electro attack. Once you have got all the three slates, go back to the thunderbird statue and place them there.
Solve the mystery of the stones
After placing the missing stones in their rightful position, Ishine Scripts will appear on the stones. You need to hit the stones in the correct order to solve the puzzle.
