This quest will be automatically available during the “A New Godsway” main story quest in Bakbattahl. Menella will ask for your help to stop an assassination attempt against the empress.
Go to Flamebearer Palace in the morning
The next day, go to the palace entrance hallway. Speak with Menella and the Empress to receive the “Bandit Bill of Arrest”. This bill has a description of the potential assailant.
Apprehend the assassin
Description of the potential assailant is “Wears his hair tied back. His right arm was wounded during the attack.”
Go toward the prayer room to find some citizens on the steps. Look for a person with hair tied partially back. Once you spot quickly grab him.
