Wao-os Shrine: Lever Power Puzzle | The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom Walkthrough

This guide shows the complete walkthrough of the Wao-os Shrine in the Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom game, released on 12th May 2023. Wao-os Shrine (Lever Power) is located in the Hebra Mountains Region, under the Passer Hill area.

This shrine is under the Passer Hill area and its cave entrance is above the road west of Lake Totori. Refer to the below image.

The puzzle within this shrine revolves around utilizing boxes as counterweights and launching balls into designated targets using a catapult mechanism.

As you enter the shrine, you will find a bowl, a box, a slab, and a ball. Use ultrahand on the half bowl and attach it to the slab/board hanging off the edge to make a catapult. Then Place the ball in the bowl. Hold the box and elevate it to a higher position on the opposite side of the catapult. Let go of the box, resulting in a forceful launch that propels the ball toward the target. Refer to the below image

Treasure Chest

Once the target is hit you will have access to another platform from behind a gate. You will see a chest high up on a platform. Join the slab and the wooden board to make a catapult.

Then stand on the edge of the wooden board and drop the box on the opposite side of the catapult. Let go of the box, resulting in a forceful launch that propels you upward. Glide to the platform to collect the chest.

To hit the second target. Join slab and wooden board perpendicularly. Use ultrahand to attach the bowl to the wooden board and then place the ball in the bowl. Lift the box to a higher position and then drop the box on the opposite side of the catapult. This will forcefully propel the ball toward the second target. Refer to the below image

To exit the shrine, climb in the bowl and drop the box on the platform again to send yourself flying toward the exit.
