The monster spawns only after completing the sidequest “An Inconvenient Truth“. Gizamaluk can be found in the Garnick village of Vidargraes area in the empire of Waloed. To reach the location fast travel to Vidargraes Obliske and then head in the west direction to find the monster inside Garnick village.
