This guide shows how to unlock ‘A Tale of Two Cities‘ secret achievement in Tsurumi Island. To unlock the achievement you need to find 4 Thunderbird Murals and use ‘Peculiar Pinion‘ on them to reveal hidden rooms. will get the ‘Peculiar Pinion’ gadget during the ‘Octave of the Maushiro‘ World Quest.

Thunderbird Mural 1/4
Jump to the Shirikoro Peak underground then move ahead. Before going through the first door, turn right as shown in the second picture below. As you turn right, you can see a Thunderbird picture on the wall. Use the ‘Peculiar Pinion‘ gadget while standing in front of the wall. This will make the wall disappear, revealing a secret room. Go inside the room and open the exquisite chest inside to get a Star-Shaped Gem.

On the wall in front of the door, you will see another Thunderbird picture as shown below. Use the ‘Peculiar Pinion‘ gadget while standing in front of the wall. This will make the wall disappear, revealing a secret room. Go inside the room and open the exquisite chest inside to get a Star-Shaped Gem.

This time go left before going through the first door.
Then turn left and go down. here you will see a wall with a Thunderbird picture on it. Use the ‘Peculiar Pinion‘ gadget in front of the wall. This will make the wall disappear revealing a secret room. Inside the secret room, you will find a few Lightning strike probes. Climb the wall here to reach the upper platform, where you will find an exquisite chest containing a Star-Shaped Gem.

In the Shirikoro Peak underground, go through the first door to reach the room with the second relay stone puzzle. At the center of the room, you can see a wall with a Thunderbird mural on it as shown below. Use the ‘Peculiar Pinion‘ gadget in front of the wall. This will remove the wall, and you can get inside to collect an Electroculus.
