The treasure map is in The Applecore. From The Applecore Descent Mystic Gateway, walk down the path on the left (or use the Zipline) until you see the wind coming out of a wall on the right. Use a spear (From Main Quest 10) at the wind in the wall to climb up. You will find the lore on the ground.
Demise of Dagestr Buried Treasure Location
The buried treasure is in the Lake of Nine. Use your spear to break the glowing ice as shown in the pictures below. Then proceed inside to the end of the path to get the buried treasure.
