Starting Location

Visit the Merchant Quarter in Vernworth. There’s a beggar near a fountain shaped like a headless dragon. Speak with the beggar until another NPC approaches you and informs you that the beggar appears to make a lot of money. At this moment, the quest will begin.

Keep an eye on the beggar

Wait until nightfall and then begin to follow the beggar. If you can’t find him by the fountain, head directly to Location 1 as mentioned below.

Beggar Location 1

Follow the beggar to Waller’s Tavern in the slums, then follow him to the next destination. If you can’t find it at Location 1, go directly to Location 2.

Beggar Location 2

He’ll walk into a house in the city and lock it. Wait a while, and he’ll come out of the house in a different dress.

Finally, enter the house and collect the ‘Beggar’s Garb.’

Outcome 1 (Give cloth to Celina)

Give Celina the clothes at the traven in the slum during nighttime, but she will not be happy. The next day, you return to the same house to find Celina has killed both Albert and herself. You will receive 3000 gold and a Noonbloom to end the mission.

Outcome 2 (Give cloth to Hilda)

Give the garb to Albert’s wife (Hilda) at Baldwin’s Estate. Return to her in a few days, and she will tell you that Albert has transformed and started to work regularly. You will receive a reward of onyx x2.

Outcome 2 (Give cloth to the Beggar)

Return the garb to Albert (beggar) to get 5000 gold as a reward.
