Starting Location
Go to the street southwest of the Stardrop Inn. Refer to the location on the map. At this location, speak with a girl named Mildred (NPC) to start the quest. She will ask you to meet her at home.
Note: She shows up randomly at any daytime so you may have to wait there for a long time or have to visit the location multiple times until you find her.
Meet Mildred at her home
Go to her house located in the Common Quarter in the eastern part of Vernworth. Mildred wants you to stay at her house for a week while she’s away.
Occupy the dwelling for a week
Sleep in Mildred’s bed 7-8 times consecutively to fast-forward a week. Keep sleeping until the objective refreshes.
Mildred’s week of wandering is up
After sleeping for a week, go outside and talk to Mildred. She’ll offer you her house for 20,000 Gold. Accept to buy the house and unlock the “A House? In This Economy?.” trophy.
