Ending 1: Age of Fracture
This is the default ending that you would get if you didn’t unlock any other ending. At the end of the game interact with the stone statue and select “Mend the Elden Ring” to get this ending.
Ending 2: Age of Order
To unlock this ending, you will have to complete Brother Corhyn & Goldmask’s Questline. Finish the game and use the Mending Rune of Perfect Order to get The Age of Order Ending.
Ending 3: Age of Duskborn
To unlock this ending, you will have to complete Fia’s questline. Finish the game and use the Mending Rune of the Death-Prince to get this Ending.
Ending 4: Blessing of Despair
To unlock this ending, you will have to complete Dung Eater’s questline. Finish the game and use the Mending Rune of the Fell Curse to get this Ending.
Ending 5: Age of the Stars
To unlock this ending, you will have to complete Ranni’s questline. If you completed Rann’s questline, a blue summon sign will appear in front of the stone statue as shown below. Interact with the summon symbol to get the Age of the Stars ending.
Ending 6: Lord of the Frenzied Flame
To get this ending, you have to go to a secret underground area in the Lyndell Royal Capital and get branded by the Frenzied Flame. Now finish the game. When you go to interact with the stone statue at the end, it will show “Become the Lord of Frenzied Flame”. Interact with the statue to get the Lord of Frenzied Flame ending.
