How to unlock Elden Ring Complete Map
This guide shows the location of all 19 map fragments in Elden Ring.

Limgrave West Map Location
One of the first things you need to do at the start of the game is to get the Limgrave West Map. This map is quite easy to get. The Limgrave west map fragment is at Gatefront Ruins, which is marked as ‘3’ in the map below.
As soon as you enter Limgrave, you will see the first site of grace next to an NPC. This site of Grace will point you to the second Site of Grave inside a ruined church. This one will point further to the next Site of Grace, which is in the Gatefront. on the east side of the Gatefront, you will find Gatefront Ruins. In the Gatefront Ruins, you will find the Limgrave West map as shown in the picture below.
Limgrave East Map Location
Limgrave east map fragment is near Sifrora River Well as shown in the pictures below.
Weeping Peninsula Map Location
The location of the map fragment is shown in the pictures below. Take the path going south from the Bridge of Sacrifice, and you will find this map on the path as shown below.
Caelid Map Location
From Limgrave east, take the path going south and it will flood you to the map soon. The map is on the right side of the path as shown in the pictures below.
Dragonbarrow Map Location
Go to the north side of Caelid at the location marked in the picture below. From there, go north. While going north, you will reach a gap on the ground. Jump to cross the gap and then go east as shown in the second picture below. Continue on this path and soon you will find the map on the right side of the path as shown in the third picture below.
Liurnia East Map Location
This map fragment is north of Liurnia Lake Shore Site of Grace as shown in the pictures below.
Liurnia North Map Location
This map fragment is near the Academy Gate Town Site of Grace as shown in the pictures below.
Liurnia West Map Location
This map fragment is near the Northern Lurnia Lake Shore Site of Grace as shown in the pictures below.
Altus Plateau Map Fragment Location
From the Grand Lift of Dectus, follow the path going northeast. In a little while, you will come to a fork in the path. Continue moving on the path going northeast. You will find the Altus Plateau map fragment on the left side of this path at the location shown in the pictures below.
Mt Gelmir Map Location
From the Bridge of Iniquity Site of Grace, go northwest as shown in the picture below.
Proceed ahead hugging the wall on the left side until you reach a ladder as shown in the picture below. When you see enemies with chainsaw hands, you’ll know that you have reached the ladder location. Climb up the ladder.
After reaching the top, go left to find the First Mt. Gelmir Campsite as shown below.
From the Site of Grace, go west until you reach a tower. From the tower, go through the bridge on the right side as shown in the pictures below.
After crossing the bridge, climb up the ladder straight ahead as shown in the pictures below.
When you reach the top of the ladder, you will see another ladder ahead as shown below. Climb up this ladder.
When you reach the top of the ladder, you will see another ladder ahead as shown below. Climb up this ladder.
When you reach the top of the ladder, you will see another ladder ahead as shown below. Climb up this ladder.

Now proceed ahead and cross a wooden bridge to reach a Site of Grace. Stand on the updraft ahead of the Site of Grace to reach the top of the cliff as shown in the pictures below.
After reaching the top, jump down the rock on the right side and proceed ahead as shown below.
As you proceed ahead, you will reach a glowing tree with a Golden Seed next to it as shown below. From the tree, go left and proceed straight ahead as shown below.
Keep moving in the southwest direction and you will reach the map location as shown below.
Leyndell Royal Capital Map Location
From the Grand Lift of Dectus, follow the path going east. In a little while, you will enter Leyndell Royal Capital. Continue on the same path and soon you will reach the Outer Wall Phantom Tree Site of Grace. The map is near this going tree as shown in the pictures below.
Mountaintops of the Giants West Map Location
Take the Grand Lift of Rold to the top. Then proceed on the path ahead. You will find the Mountaintops of the Giants West map fragment on the right side of this path as shown in the pictures below.
Mountaintops of the Giants East Map Location
Cross the Whiteridge Bridge south of Guardians’ Garrison. You will find the Mountaintops of the Giants East map side on the left side after crossing the bridge as shown in the pictures below.
Consecrated Snowfield Map Location
To reach the Consecrated Snowfield, you need to find two Haligtree Secret Medallions and use them on the Grand Lift of Rold. After entering Consecrated Snowfield, go north and soon you will f=ind the map near a tree on the left side of the path as shown in the pictures below.
Siofra River & Nokron Eternal City Map Location
Go to Siofra River Well in Limgrave and take the elevator down to reach Siofra River Banks.
From there, go straight ahead and turn right as shown below.
Now go to the northeast corner of the area to reach an elevator near the waterfalls as shown in the picture below. Take this elevator to the upper level.
After coming out from the elevator, go straight ahead as shown below.
Soon, you will reach an area where you can see a staircase on the right side as shown in the pictures below. At the foot of the staircase, you will find a corpse with the map on it. Take this map, and this will unlock the map for both Siofra River and Nokron Eternal City.
Deeproot Depths Map Location
Deeproot Depths is an underground area in Elden Ring. You can reach there through Nokron Eternal City. If you don’t know how to reach the Deeproot Depths, then please click here to check our guide.
After reaching Deeproot Depths, turn right and ride on the tree branch going west. When this branch ends, jump to another branch on the left side to reach the ground ahead as shown in the pictures below.
Continue ahead towards the west and you will reach Deeproot Depths Site of Grace as shown below.
From the Deeproot Depths Site of Grace, turn right and walk underneath the tree roots as shown in the pictures below.
As you continue ahead, you will reach a gazebo. You will find the map on this gazebo as shown in the picture below. The second picture below shows the exact location of the map.
Mohgwyn Palace Map location
You reached Mohgwyn Palace using the Pureblood Knight’s Medal that you get in Varre’s questline. As you get teleported to Mohgwyn Palace, climb up the stairs straight ahead and collect the map there from a corpse as shown below. If you reached Mohgwyn Palace using the teleporter, then go down to the swamps. from there, go right and follow the path to reach the map location.
Ainsel River Map Location
Ainsel River is in Liurnia at the location shown in the pictures below. Get on the elevator at the marked location to reach the underground area.
After the elevator stops, Go through the tunnels on the left side. Keep going until you reach a fork on the path. Go straight ahead as shown in the picture below.
As you keep going, eventually you will come out of the tunnels. In this area, you will see a few big statues. Climb up the stairs and enter the elevator on the right side as shown in the picture below.
After coming out of the elevator, go through the door in front of you. This will take you to an open area, where a monster will be shooting rocks at you. There is a door below the monster’s location as shown in the picture below.
Hide behind the rocks to save yourself from getting hit and make your way to the door. Enter the room and you will find the mao on a corpse as shown in the picture below. Pick up the map to unlock Ainsel River Map.
Lake of Rot Map Location
You will reach the Lake of Rot during Ranni’s questline. As you enter the area, go right and you will find the map on a corpse as shown below.
