miHoyo has finally released Genshin Impact 2.0 update on 21st July 2021. Update 2.0 Introduces a new Japanese themed region, Inazuma, which the developers have been teasing for a long time now.
‘Formation Estate’ is one of the six Domains introduced in the newly introduced region of Inazuma in Genshin Impact 2.0. The formation Estate Domain is in the southwest portion of Yashiori Island at the location shown in the picture below. The area will be under heavy rain and you will need to make the rain stop to be able to unlock the domain.
Formation Estate: This estate once belonged to a lieutenant of Orobashi no Mikoto, until he, the body of his god, and the sky alike were rent open by a flash of lightning.
Step 1: Make the Rain Stop
To be able to open the Formation estate domain you will first need to stop the rain in the area. To stop the rain complete World Quests Orobashi’s Legacy Part 1,2 & 3. Light the torches and this will make the switch accessible.
Step 3: Unlock the Formation estate Domain
Once you have lit up the four torches mentioned above, the shield around the block-shaped switch will go away. Interact in the switch and the door to enter the domain will emerge from the ground.
