There are several Air Seelies and Electro-Seelies to be found in the Seirai Island of the Inazuma region. Seirai island was introduced in Genshin Impact 2.1 update on 1st September 2021. On finding a Seelie you need to guide it to its court and you get an award. This article shows the locations of all the Seelies in Seirai Island and how to solve the Seelie Puzzles.
1) Electro Seelie: Fort Hiraumi
This Seelie is used to solve a Relay Stone Puzzle. This puzzle contains 3 discharge stones (DS), 1 cumulation stone (CS), and 2 relay stones (RS). The cumulation stone is on top of the large rock in the center. It is surrounded by three discharge stones. A relay stone is at the base of the rock (above which the CS is present). Another relay stone is near one of the discharge stones. Pick up both these relay stones. To solve the puzzle, you’ve to connect the CS to all three DS.
STEP 1 (Chase the electro-seelie): As you go north from the puzzle area you’ll see an electro-seelie near the fort wall. If you get near the electro-seelie, it will move towards the puzzle area. Chase the electro-seelie until it permanently positions itself above a rock (a common chest will spawn then).
STEP 2 (Connect DS1 to CS): The electro-seelie (you chased earlier) settles between DS1 and CS. Place a relay stone between DS1 and the electro-seelie. This will complete the connection between DS1 and CS.
STEP 3 (Connect DS2 to CS): Simply, place the second relay stone between DS2 and CS.
STEP 4 (Connect DS3 to CS): For this, you need to act as a relay. First, electro-charge yourself (by summoning an electrogranum or getting in contact with the electro-seelie) and then stand between DS3 and CS to complete the circuit. An exquisite chest will spawn near the CS.
2) Electro Seelie: Fort Hiraumi
This Seelie is near Fort Hiraumi fast travel point. Simply chase the Seelie to its destination as shown in the picture below and an Exquisite Chest will spawn.
3) Electro Seelie: Fort Hiraumi
This one is west of Fort Hiraumi. Simply chase the Seelie to its destination as shown in the picture below and a Common Chest will spawn.
4) Electro Seelie: Fort Hiraumi
This one is on the southern beach of Fort Hiraumi island. Simply chase the Seelie to its destination as shown in the picture below and a Common Chest will spawn.
5) Electro Seelie: Koseki Village
The Seelie is at the top of the large entrance gate to Koseki Village. Chase the Seelie to its destination in Asase Shrine as shown in the picture below and a Common Chest will spawn.
6) Electro Seelie: Koseki Village
This Seelie is north of Seiraimaru Ship as shown in the picture below. Chase the Seelie to its destination, which is near Koseki Village’s fast travel point, to get a common chest.
7) Electro Seelie: Amakumo Peak
This Seelie is on the beach west of Amakump Peak. Chase the Seelie to its destination as shown in the picture below to get a common chest.
8) Electro Seelie: Amakumo Peak
This is very easy to miss Seelie. It’s on a small rock flying high up in the air as shown in the picture below. To reach the Seelie, reach the Electrogranum plant at the top of the mountain on the southwest side of Amakumo Peak. Summon Electrogranum from the plant and use it to jump and reach the Seelie. Chase the Seelie to its destination to get a common chest.
9) Electro Seelie: Southest of Amakumo Peak
The Seelie is on the top of the mountain at the southeastern edge of Serai Island. Near the Seelie, you will find a Phase Gate. On approaching the Seelie it will pass through the Phase Gate and go up in the air. Go through the Phase gate and chase the Seelie up in the air. As you reach the Seelie, it will run away to the top of the mountain at the center of this small Island as shown in the picture below.
10) Electro Seelie: Southest of Amakumo Peak
The Seelie is on the southmost islet in Serai Island at the location as shown in the pictures below. As you chase the Seelie, it will go up on a floating rock up in the air. Use electrogranum to reach the Seelie. Now it will go up on even a higher floating rock, which is also its destination. Drop down to the Electrogranum plant that you used before. Now again summon Electrogranum from the same plant and use it to reach where the Seelie is. You will get a common chest there.

12) Air Seelie Court: Seiraimaru
This Seelie is in Seiraimaru Ship, which is on the western edge of Seirai Island as shown in the picture below. The Seelie will lead you through various puzzles in the area. 13,14,15) Air Seelie Courts: Amakumo Peak Underwater
