Sinister Instruction is a secret world quest that you can do in the Inazuma region, which was released in Genshin Impact 2.0 update. ‘Sinister instruction’ is a time-gated quest and takes at least four days to complete. Completing the quest unlocks ‘A Hollow Soul’ achievement. This article shows how to get and complete the ‘Sinister Instruction’ world quest.
How to start ‘Sinister Instruction’ world quest
Unlocking the quest will take four real-life days. To start, go to the west of Serpent’s Head southeast waypoint at the location as shown in the picture below. At the marked location, you will find an ‘Outsider Shrine‘ next to a Samurai named Washizu.
Day 1: Interact with the shrine three times and then talk to Washizu. He will ask you to come back the next day for a reward.
Day 2: Come back the next day to the same location and you will find an exquisite chest in front of the shrine. Open the chest. After that Interact with the shrine three times and then talk to Washizu again. He will again ask you to come back the next day for a reward.
Day 3: Next day you will again find an exquisite chest in front of the shrine. Open the chest. After that Interact with the shrine three times and then talk to Washizu again. He will again ask you to come back the next day for a reward.
Day 4: Next day you will again find an exquisite chest in front of the shrine. Open the chest. After that Interact with the shrine three times. This time Washizu will attack you after you are done paying your respects. This will start the ‘Sinister Instruction‘ world quest. Defeat Washizu to obtain ‘Incomplete Notes‘ & ‘Taterred Paper‘. Your next objective will be to ‘Find Washizu’s lost possession in Higi Village’
Find Washizu’s lost possession in Higi Village
Description: Washizu has clearly hidden his secrets in the now-abandoned Higi Village. What horrors and misfortunes lie buried in this little Hamlet?
After defeating Washizu your next objective will be to ‘Find Washizu’s lost possession in Higi Village’. Go to Higi Village at the location as shown in the picture below. At the backside of the house, you will find two torches. Light up the torches and then dig the ground between the two torches. Digging the ground will reveal an exquisite chest. This will complete the ‘Sinister Instruction’ world quest and also unlock ‘A Hollow Soul’ achievement.
