Electroculus are adventure items found in Inazuma, which can be offered to the statue of the seven or reward. When you are near an Electroculus, a sound will inform you about it and an icon will also appear in your minimap. You can also use Electroculus resonance Stone to track the location of nearby Electroculus.
Electroculus do not spawn once picked. There are a total of 38 Electroculus on Narukami island. This article shows the location of all 38 Electroculus is Narukami Island and how to get them.
Narukami Island Electroculus 1/38
It is at the top of the northmost house in Ritou as shown in the picture below.
Narukami Island Electroculus 2/38
This one is on a beach northwest of Konda Village. The electroculus is at the top of a big rock as shown in the picture below.
Narukami Island Electroculus 3/38
It is on the west of Konda village handing in the air as shown in the picture below. Summon Electrogranum from the plant to be able to jump and get the Electroculus.
Narukami Island Electroculus 4/38
This electroculus is under the well in Konda Village as shown in the picture below. You will go there for the world quest A strange story in Konda. After dropping inside the well, keep moving forward until you reach an electro barrier. On the right side of the electro barrier, you will find a small room. Inside the room, you will find the electroculus in front of a fox statue.
Narukami Island Electroculus 5/38
Inside the well in Konda Village during A strange story in Konda world quest you have to destroy a barrier. When you reach the point where you destroy the barrier, you can see an electro barrier on the sidewall (See the picture below). Summon electrogranum and use it to cross the barrier and then climb up the thick plant vines. Up there you will see the electroculus up in the air. Climb up the wall and jump to get it.
Narukami Island Electroculus 6/38
It is near Konda Village Waypoint at top of a pole as shown in the picture below.
Narukami Island Electroculus 7/38
This one is south of Byakko Plain at the location below on top of a big rock.
Narukami Island Electroculus 8/38
It is on the southern portion of Amakane island. The electroculus is at the top of a tree as shown in the picture below. Climb the tree and jump to get the electroculus.
Narukami Island Electroculus 9/38
This electroculus is inside the water west of a small island west of Inazuma City, as shown in the picture below. Summon Electrogranum from the plant nearby to jump high in the air and dive into the water to get the electroculus.
Narukami Island Electroculus 10/38
This one is at the top of the building in the south portion of Inazuma City. You will need a wind character to reach the top of the building.
Narukami Island Electroculus 11/38
It is inside the cave tunnels underneath Inazuma City at the location as shown in the picture below.
Narukami Island Electroculus 12/38
This electroculus is up above in the air above the small landmass in the water represented by a yellow dot in the picture below. To reach the electroculus you will need to summon an electrogranum from the plant on the landmass. Unfortunately, the plant doesn’t give the option to summon the electrogranum. Around the plant, there are three sockets for Seelies (See Picture-5 below). You need to bring three Seelies (See points marked 1,2, and 3 in the picture below) and place them in the three sockets. Now summon the electrogranum and use it to jump up in the air and get the electroculus as shown in Picture-6 below.
Seelie 1: It is near the waverider waypoint at the point marked 1 in the picture below. Summon waverider and chase the Seelie to the socket on the landmass.
Seelie 2: It is at the point marked 2 in the picture below.
Seelie 3: It is at the point marked 3 in the picture below. Seelie is behind an electro barrier. Observe the fox statue near the barrier (See Picture-4 Below) using a memento lens to remove the electro barrier. Chase the Seelie to the socket on the landmass.
Narukami Island Electroculus 13/38
It is in Chinju forest atop a big stone.
Narukami Island Electroculus 14/38
This electroculus is near the river to the south side of the abandoned shrine (check the images below). The river has a locked gate at its north end. Use the rust-worm key to open the gate and get the electroculus.
Narukami Island Electroculus 15/38
It is above the strange statue in Chinju Forest.
Narukami Island Electroculus 16/38
Jump down from the eastern edge of Kamisato Estate and you can get the electroculus mid-air.
Narukami Island Electroculus 17/38
The Electroculus is in Mt. Yougou at the location as shown in the picture below. It is hanging in mid-air. Summon Electrogranum to reach and get the electroculus.
Narukami Island Electroculus 18/38
It is north of Kamisato Estate.
Narukami Island Electroculus 19/38
During Kamisato Estate Sakura Cleansing World Quest you will have to go to a barrier location northeast of Kamisato Estate through an underground cave as shown in the picture below. Using a memento lens, you will have to scan a fox statue above the cave location to open the path to go underground. As the path to underground will open you will automatically fall down and collect the electroculus.
Narukami Island Electroculus 20/38
This one is on the island northeast of Kamisato Estate. You reach an underground barrier in the island northeast of Kamisato Estate during the Sakura Cleansing world quest. At the underground barrier location, you will find a Seelie. Follow the Seelie and it will lead you to the Electroculus. The electroculus is up in the air. Climb up the tree nearby and jump to get the electroculus.
Narukami Island Electroculus 21/38
It is on the north of Grand Narukami Shrine.
Narukami Island Electroculus 22/38
Go to the island northeast of Araumi. Observe the fox statue 1 from the memento lens for an electrogranum plant to appear. Summon electrogranum from the plant and use it to walk inside the electro barrier. Interact with the stone inside to remove the barrier. Now use your memento lens to observe Fos Statue 2 & 3. Hit Fox Statue 4 with an electro attack. These steps will make an electroculus appear up in the air. Not summon electrogranum again and use it to jump high up in the air and get the electroculus.
Narukami Island Electroculus 23/38
Reach Empty Boat of a Thousand Gates Domain. Outside the gate of the domain, you will find an electrogranum plant. Summon electrogranum and use it to jump to the other side, where you will find the electroculus.

It is at the top of the broken tower in Araumi.

The third slate is under the broken tower in Araumi. You will reach underground while doing the Cleansing Defilement world quest. Check the link below to see how to reach Araumi underground.
How to reach Araumi Underground
Near the location where you destroy the barrier, you will find a rotating block barrier. Make the glowing side of the block face the same direction to make a hole open up in the ground as shown in the second picture below. Jump down the hole and swim until you reach a stair. Climb the stair, where you will find another block puzzle. make the shining side of the blocks turn north for the water to drain out. Now go back and summon electrogranum from a room that became accessible after the water drained out. Summon electrogranum and use it to cross an electro barrier to get the electroculus. You can cross the barrier only after reaching Sakura level 17.
Narukami Island Electroculus 27/38
From the Araumi fast travel point jump down southeast towards the electro barrier (See picture below) and collect the electroculus.

You get this electroculus from the underground cave west of Grand Narukami Shrine. You can get inside the cave from the beach on the west side.

From the Araumi fast travel point jump down southwest to reach the electroculus, which is at the top of a tall tree at the location as shown in the picture below.

The electroculus is up in the air at the highlighted location. Summon electrogranum to jump and get it.

From Grand Narukami Shrine fast travel point, jump south towards Mt. Yougou, and get the electroculus in midair.

Go to the bottom of Mt. Yougou and you will get the electroculus midair while descending down. You will go to the bottom of Mt. Yougue during Yougou Cleansing World Quest.

It is at the top of the Grand Narukami Shrine.
Narukami Island Electroculus 35/38
From the backside of the Grand Narukami Shrine jump to the floating land with the electrogranum plant. Summon electrogranum and jump down towards the thunder barrier. Level 17 Sakura is required to cross the barrier. You can get the electroculus after crossing the barrier.

Jump down Mt. Yougou from the location as shown in the picture below and get the electroculus mid-air under the waterfall.

From the north point of Araumi, jump down the cliff and get the electroculus mid-air.

I’m trying to get the Electroculus nº 22 but there are only two small foxes? Like the first statuette shown in the pictures is not there and I can’t get the electrogranum plant, so I can’t do everything else :/ I don’t know if this happens to anyone else?
I am having the same issue. 🙁
Exactly how I ended up here. “Fox statue 1” doesn’t exist for me. 2, 3 and 4 (the tall one) are there, but that first one on the pillar just is not there. There’s no plant to use or barrier to enter either. Been like this for several days of me trying.
Update for me: Verify the game’s files from the launcher. Something is apparently broken and after doing that, everything is now where it should be. Barrier, missing statue, all of it is now there instead of just 2 small statues and the tall one.
For anyone having trouble with #22, there was no barrier on the island when I arrived. Using the mysterious lens on the first fox statue did not summon the fox statue on the pedestal. I wasn’t able to get the electrogranum plant to appear so could not proceed. Teleporting away and returning did nothing but reloading the game reset the island and I was able to complete.
Kinda late, but you can get #22 if you glide from top of the Sacred Sakura to the island(Assuming you have the bug where there’s no barrier and Fox 1)
